Terms of sale
Last updated September 13, 2026
These terms describe purchases of digital courses and materials from Python for Traders ("we", "us", or "our") through pythonfortraders.com and our Payhip store. Questions about a purchase or these terms can be sent to pythonfortraders@gmail.com.
What you are purchasing
Your purchase provides access to the course and included digital materials described on the product page at the time you order. Courses are prerecorded and self-guided. Coaching, live instruction, a managed community, individual code review, and trading advice are not included.
A purchase is a one-time payment for the specified product. It does not include other courses, future products, or an ongoing update service unless expressly stated in the product description.
Payment and delivery
Payhip hosts checkout and the course library. The price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is handled by the payment provider presented there; this website does not collect your full card details.
After successful payment, Payhip provides course access through your customer account and sends a receipt with access instructions. Use an accurate email address and keep your account credentials private. If access does not arrive or a download fails, contact us with your purchase email and order reference.
Refund policy
All sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Our courses and downloads are digital content that can be accessed and consumed after purchase. We do not offer discretionary refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, lack of time, or deciding that the material is not for you after purchasing or consuming it. Please review the course description and prerequisites before ordering.
This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable rights relating to content that is not delivered, is defective, or is materially different from its description. It does not itself waive a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right. Where the law requires separate express consent and acknowledgment for immediate digital delivery to affect a withdrawal right, those requirements must be satisfied separately.
For duplicate or incorrect charges, an access problem, or a claim under your statutory rights, email pythonfortraders@gmail.com with your order details so we can investigate and provide any remedy due.
Using the course materials
Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning. You may download the files made available to you and adapt the included code for your own research and trading, subject to any accompanying third-party license terms.
You may not share your account, distribute paid lesson or video links, or copy, publish, resell, sublicense, or provide the course materials to other people as a competing course or downloadable product. Copyright remains with Python for Traders or the relevant rights holder. Third-party software, datasets, and materials remain subject to their own licenses; these terms do not take away permissions granted by those licenses or by law.
Educational content and third-party tools
The material teaches programming and trading research. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not provide trade signals or guarantee trading results. Example results and backtests are illustrations, not promises of future performance. Trading involves risk, including the loss of money. You are responsible for your own decisions and for testing code before using it with real funds.
You need a suitable computer, internet connection, and any accounts identified in the course description. Original recordings may show earlier versions of software or services and refer to the course's former platform or schedule. Libraries, broker APIs, data sources, pricing, and third-party interfaces can change. We do not promise that every original example will run unchanged indefinitely. This does not alter your rights if the course fails to match its description or applicable legal requirements.
Access and support
Course access is provided through Payhip, with embedded video and downloadable resources. Temporary maintenance or third-party outages may affect availability. Contact us if an issue prevents you from accessing purchased content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular future hosting platform; any change remains subject to your purchase rights.
Support covers purchase, delivery, and access issues. We may restrict account sharing or unauthorized distribution, subject to applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Payhip and other services you use also have their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms presented for your purchase govern that purchase; later changes do not retroactively remove your existing rights. The date at the top identifies this version. For questions or concerns, contact pythonfortraders@gmail.com.
