Privacy policy

Last updated September 13, 2026

This policy explains how Python for Traders ("we", "us", or "our") handles personal information when you visit pythonfortraders.com, purchase our courses through Payhip, or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email pythonfortraders@gmail.com.

Information involved

  • Website visits. Our hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, requested pages, browser information, and request times to deliver and protect the website.
  • Purchases and course access. Payhip and the payment provider collect information needed for checkout, payment, and your course account. Depending on your transaction, this can include your email address, name, billing or tax information, purchase details, and account or access records. We can access the order and customer information Payhip makes available to us to administer your purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card number through this website.
  • Support messages. If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, API keys, or full card details.

How we use information

We use relevant information to deliver purchases, manage course access, answer support and privacy requests, keep transaction records, investigate payment or access problems, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract for purchase and delivery information, legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests for proportionate security and customer support. If we introduce optional marketing that requires consent, we will request that consent separately. You do not need to join a marketing list to receive purchase receipts or access your course.

Services involved

We use service providers for hosting, course delivery, payments, and email. They process information relevant to those services and may also have responsibilities under their own privacy policies:

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, enforce our terms, or protect legal rights.

Cookies and marketing

The marketing website does not currently include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, a newsletter signup form, or a separate website login. Fonts are served with the website rather than requested from Google by your browser.

Payhip, payment services, and embedded YouTube players may use cookies or similar technologies when you use those services. Their policies and available consent controls explain those uses. Browser cookie settings may affect sign-in or playback. See Payhip's cookie policy.

No separate newsletter platform is currently connected to this website. If we add email signup, analytics, or other tools, we will update this policy to reflect the actual setup and provide any required choices before using them.

Retention and international processing

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including providing purchased access, resolving requests or disputes, and satisfying applicable accounting or legal obligations. The necessary period depends on the information and the obligation involved. Our providers also apply their own retention policies to information they control.

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies describe their processing locations and transfer arrangements. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer we are responsible for, we will use the required safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Send requests to pythonfortraders@gmail.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved transactions. For information controlled independently by Payhip, Google, or a payment provider, you can also use that provider's privacy-request process.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice where required. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For questions about this policy or our handling of information, contact pythonfortraders@gmail.com.
