Terms of sale

These terms govern purchases of digital courses and materials from Python for Traders ("we", "us", or "our") through pythonfortraders.com and our authorized storefronts. Questions about a purchase or these terms can be sent to pythonfortraders@gmail.com.

What you are purchasing

Your purchase provides access to the course and included digital materials described on the product page at the time you order. Courses are prerecorded and self-guided. Coaching, live instruction, a managed community, individual code review, and trading advice are not included.

A purchase is a one-time payment for the specified product. It does not include other courses, future products, or an ongoing update service unless expressly stated in the product description.

Payment and delivery

The price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. We use third-party providers to process payments and deliver purchased content. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms.

After successful payment, course access is provided through the delivery method described at checkout or in your purchase confirmation. Use an accurate email address and keep your account credentials private. If access does not arrive or a download fails, contact us with your purchase email and order reference.

Digital products — no refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Our products are delivered digitally. Not starting or completing a course, changing your mind, lacking time, or deciding the content or teaching style is not for you does not qualify for a refund. Review the description, curriculum, and prerequisites before purchasing, and contact us first if you have questions.

For billing errors or access problems, email pythonfortraders@gmail.com with your order details so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Required legal remedies are preserved under General provisions below.

Using the course materials

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course for your own learning. You may download the files made available to you and adapt the included code for your own research and trading, subject to any accompanying third-party license terms.

You may not share or sell account access, distribute paid lesson or video links, or upload our paid videos, lessons, downloads, or course code to public repositories, forums, social media, file-sharing services, or other websites. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use our paid materials to create a competing course or downloadable product without our written permission.

Copyright remains with Python for Traders or the relevant rights holder. Third-party software, datasets, and materials remain subject to their own licenses; these restrictions do not override permissions granted by those licenses or by law.

Educational content and third-party tools

The material teaches programming and trading research. It is not personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not provide trade signals or guarantee trading results. Purchasing or using the materials does not create an investment advisory, fiduciary, or other professional-client relationship.

Trading involves substantial risk, including the loss of your entire investment and, with some leveraged products, more than your initial investment. Examples, backtests, and simulated results are educational illustrations. They may benefit from hindsight and may not fully account for fees, slippage, liquidity, market conditions, or the practical constraints of live trading. Past or simulated performance does not predict or guarantee future results.

Code and automated systems can contain errors, place unintended orders, or fail because of inaccurate data, connection problems, execution delays, or broker and exchange failures. You are responsible for your trading decisions, independently evaluating and testing any code or strategy, protecting account credentials and API keys, and setting and monitoring appropriate risk controls before and during live use.

You are responsible for meeting the prerequisites stated in the course description and for any equipment, internet access, software, data subscriptions, or third-party accounts needed to use the materials. Third-party products and services may change, incur separate charges, or become unavailable. We do not control them or guarantee ongoing compatibility, availability, accuracy, or suitability for your purposes.

Access and support

Course access may depend on third-party platforms and services. Maintenance, technical failures, or outages may affect availability. Contact us if an issue prevents you from accessing purchased content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access or continued use of any particular delivery platform.

Support covers purchase, delivery, and access issues.

Misuse and removal of access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke access without a refund for material violations of these terms. Grounds for removal include:

• Sharing or selling account access, or distributing paid course links.
• Copying, publishing, reselling, or redistributing our materials without authorization.
• Fraud, impersonation, or knowingly submitting false payment or refund claims.
• Threats or targeted harassment directed at us, our staff, or other customers.
• Bypassing access controls, disrupting services, or other unlawful use of our products.

We may suspend access while investigating reasonably suspected violations or security threats. Serious violations may result in immediate removal without prior warning, subject to any notice or remedy required by law. Removal may apply across your course library and associated resources. We may also pursue available remedies for infringement, fraud, or other unlawful conduct.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the courses, materials, and example code are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for express commitments in the product description or these terms, we disclaim express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that materials will be complete, free of errors, continuously updated, or suitable for a particular trading strategy, or that using them will produce any particular financial, educational, or professional outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits or revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our courses, materials, or related services, even if advised of the possibility of those losses.

Our total aggregate liability arising from a product or purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations apply regardless of whether a claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, to the extent permitted by law.

General provisions

Nothing in these terms overrides our express product commitments or any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived. These terms do not replace any separate consent required by law for immediate digital delivery. Liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and other liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

If a provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. Provisions that by their nature should continue after access ends, including ownership, restrictions on redistribution, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, survive termination.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Third-party services you use also have their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms presented for your purchase govern that purchase; later changes do not retroactively remove your existing rights. The date at the top identifies this version. For questions or concerns, contact pythonfortraders@gmail.com.
